I receive a 50% deposit 30 days before the event on party's $800 or above to hold the date. If anything happens we can work out any problem. Funny thing is, is that nothing has ever gone wrong!

Mexican, Pig Roasts, Outdoor cooking! Seafood!

No! But I recommend people and places that do.

yes, and I make menus to the customers wants and needs! It's there party, they get what they want.
