I am Bert Blackmore, Chef/Owner/Catering Event & Wedding Coordinator of Dinners by Chef Berttron since 1995. We would like the opportunity to discuss catering your event. Ask about our FREE, no obligation DEMO DINNER for events of 100 guests or more. We plan and prepare elegant meals and buffets cooked and served fresh in your rental facility, home, office, or outdoor site. We have a fully mobile kitchen for venues that may not have adequate facilities to prepare your chosen menu. We also provide all serving and preparation utensils, equipment, buffet table linens as well as experienced Chef and Waitstaff. A qualified bartender can be arranged including appropriate glassware upon request. Our staff sets up the entire dining and preparation area, prepares and serves your chosen menu, maintains the buffet and guest dining area, and cleans up following the conclusion of your event. We always do our best to go out of our way to meet the clients needs. If a customer is unhappy with any portion of our service we will do all we can to right it. Customer satisfaction is a business's most successful form of advertising. |

We specialize in a large variety of cuisine types. We have many chefs on staff and a great deal of knowledge available within the company. |

Can we sample the food first? |

Once a sample menu has been chosen for consideration we like to arrange a meeting with the prospective client to sample the menu, view the event site and get a clear idea of what the client needs are. This allows us to better serve the vision that the client desires allows the client to meet us on a personal level. |

What is the average cost per person? |
| |
It depends on so many thing. Price can range anywhere from $10 to $25 before extra rental, taxes and gratuity. |

For smaller dinners there is a minimal set up fee This fee becomes part of the full per person charge in the agreed final contract arrangement. |

We do not charge a cake cutting fee. We are more then happy to set up a cake table and serve your cake as part of our service. |

How much is the deposit? |

For most events we require 20% deposit at the time of booking. This is only after a menu and service arrangements have been designed and agreed upon by both the caterer and the client. |
