I've seen what other travel agencies charge, so I believe that the lower the better, that way you have repeat customers. No charge for cruises, tour packages, etc. Only small fee for domestic airline tickets. For international tickets, the fee would be included in the total price.

I have office hours in the evening until 9:00pm PST. I'm also available on Saturdays and Sundays.
