  We always strive to offer our customers the highest quality of service and satisfaction. If for whatever reason a customer is not satisfied, we will do all that we can within our best ability to resolve a problem! Refunds are subjective due to the nature of what we do. Most customers sign a contract for services, knowing what to expect!

  Delivery within Baltimore on small arrangements is $50.00. Delivery on large events or weddings start at $250.00
